WHITESIDE, J.

Plaintiff, Brian Fisher, appeals from the summary judgment in favor of defendant, State of Ohio acting through the Ohio University, and raises the following two assignments of error:

"I. The trial court erred in disallowing plaintiff-appellant, Brian Fisher to toll the statute of limitations during the period of his disability according to Ohio Revised Code Section 2305.
