In this government contract action filed pursuant to the Contract Disputes Act (CDA), 41 U.S.C. § 601 et seq., plaintiff, Little River Lumber Company (Little River), seeks damages with respect to each of 18 separate timber sale contracts it entered with the United States Department of Agriculture’s Forest Service (the Forest Service).
