SULLIVAN, Judge.

Anthony Owensby (Owensby) appeals the denial of his Petition for Post Conviction Relief.

We affirm.

Owensby was charged with three co-defendants by information with robbery, a class A felony. Following a jury trial, Ow-ensby was convicted and sentenced to a prison term of thirty years. The conviction was affirmed on direct appeal. Owensby v. State (1984) Ind., 467 N.E.2d 702.
