PER CURIAM.

A local District Ethics Committee (DEC) issued a presentment in one case and a recommendation for public discipline in another, in these disciplinary proceedings against respondent, Joel M. Albert. After a de novo review, a majority of the Disciplinary Review Board (DRB) recommended that respondent be suspended from the practice of law for three months.
