This matter is before this court on defendant’s preliminary objection in the nature of a demurrer. Defendant objects to paragraphs 14 and 15(4)* of the complaint. Defendant claims that plaintiff’s complaint purports to seek an award of punitive damages and that the complaint fails to aver any facts setting forth circumstances which would permit an award of punitive damages in this case.
