DUFRESNE, Judge.
The defendants, Euris Dubois and Vernon Smith, were charged by bill of information with illegally trawling for shrimp in outside waters during closed season (LSA-R.S. 56:497). The bill of information charging the defendants was filed with the Second Parish Court for Jefferson Parish.
