The sole issue in this appeal is one of prescription. Mrs. Hazel Bernard filed suit on August 11, 1987 against various defendants to recover for her personal injuries and property damage arising out of an automobile accident which occurred on September 27, 1984. The trial court sustained defendants’ peremptory exception raising the objection of prescription. Mrs.
