PER CURIAM.

This matter comes before us on a petition for disciplinary action by the Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility against Nancy A. Evans. Both parties have previously stipulated, and the hearing referee has recommended, that .public reprimand is the appropriate discipline for Evans’ conduct. Respondent Nancy A.
