Per Curiam.

Plaintiffs appeal as of right from an order of the Macomb Circuit Court granting summary disposition to defendant pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(8) on the ground that the "fireman’s rule” precludes plaintiffs’ cause of action. We reverse.
