Before the court is an appeal and two responding motions arising out of the January 8, 1990, Order and Opinion of the bankruptcy court in the above captioned matter. The related motions stem from Midlantic National Bank’s (a secured creditor in the bankruptcy action) appeal of the bankruptcy court’s decision regarding the scope of permissible discovery.
