THIS CAUSE came to be heard on the Defendant/Debtor’s Motion to Dismiss Ad-vissary [sic] Seeking Exception of Discharge on February 15, 1990. The Motion to Dismiss was based on the contention that the Plaintiff’s Objection to Discharge was filed one day late.
