THIS MATTER is before the Court on Claimant Carl Allen Ridgeway’s motion to dismiss the United States’ First Amended Complaint for forfeiture of Property, for again failing to meet the specific pleading requirements of Rule E(2)(a) of the Supplemental Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims, and the United States’ response thereto.
