Appellant Cellar Door Productions, Inc. appeals the grant of summary judgment on res judicata grounds in favor of appellees Rick Kay, Robert Fox, Prophet Productions, Ltd., and Michael Tinik (Brass Ring), and Robert Cavalieri, Michael Illitch, and Olympia Arenas, Inc. (Olympia) in this antitrust action.
