Richard and Linda Slane appeal from a judgment entered following a jury trial and verdict granted in favor of Jerry Scott Drilling Company (Scott Drilling), Tuney Burger, Inc. (Burger), and Tuney Burger, individually.' The Slanes initiated this action after Richard was severely burned following an explosion on an oil drilling rig where he was working.
