On May 2, 1990, plaintiff filed this suit against Signet Bank/Maryland, asserting breach of an obligation of good faith. Pending before this Court is defendant’s Motion to Dismiss for failure to state a claim for which relief can be granted pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
