This is a personal injury action brought by Amy Johnson Peoples1 against the Town of Ragland alleging negligent maintenance of an intersection, specifically a failure to maintain safe and suitable traffic control devices at that intersection. Peoples appeals the trial court's summary judgment for the Town. We affirm. Standard of Review Rule 56, A.R.Civ.P.
