On September 17, 1991, Kentucky West Virginia Gas Company moved this Court for an Order directing the United States Trustee to appoint it as a member of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of the Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation (TCo). Several parties objected, including the Committee itself.
