BY ITS Order of June 19, 1991, this Court denied the defendant’s Motion to Suppress Statement. An evidentiary hearing in this matter was held on May 1, 1991, at which time the Court ordered the parties to submit supplementary briefs on the issue of whether the interrogation of the defendant was custodial for the purposes of

Miranda v. Arizona,
