In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Loyd, 580 So.2d 1374 (Ala.1991), the judgment is reversed and the cause remanded *1377to the circuit court for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
