Carla Stromberg appeals a judgment limiting Classified Insurance Co., Inc.'s liability to $100,000 and awarding her forty percent of the total damages in her personal injury cross-claim. Carla contends that the trial court lacked jurisdiction to reopen the evidence to allow proof of Classified's insurance policy and its limitations after the jury verdict.
