Ford Motor Credit Company has objected to the confirmation of Debtors’ Plan dated August 21, 1992.

For the reasons stated in this opinion we grant the objection and deny confirmation of the August 21, 1992 Plan.

Debtors own a 1989 LTL 9000 platform truck manufactured by Ford Motor Company.
