This matter is before the court upon motion of Data Synco, Inc., the alleged Debt- or, to dismiss involuntary petition pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 303, 707(a) and 305 to which ITT Commercial Finance Corp., one of the petitioning creditors, has responded.
