This is an appeal from a directed verdict granted in favor of appellee, Ed Woodruff d/b/a Woodruff & Associates, concerning the negligence claim of appellants, Fines A. Hagans and Earnestine Hagans, and judgment upon jury’s verdict that appellants take nothing in their suit for deceptive trade practices pursuant to Tex.Bus. & Com. Code Ann. § 17.41 et. seq.
