National Wrecking Company (“National”) has sued International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local No. 731 (“Union”) seeking to vacate an arbitration award (the “Award”), and Union has in turn counterclaimed for enforcement of the Award plus some related additional relief. National now moves under Fed.R.Civ.P.
