Court of Appeals of Iowa June 25, 1992, 91-1764 (Langley v. Employment Appeal Board)

HAYDEN, Presiding Judge.

The petitioner, Carol Langley, was hired by Midwest Children’s Christian Home (Midwest) in March 1989 as a youth worker. On August 7, 1990, Midwest received Langley’s resignation to be effective on September 9, 1990. Although the exact date is disputed, sometime prior to its effective date Langley attempted to withdraw her resignation.
