This is a direct appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County which sentenced Alex J. Vergotz, Jr., Appellant, to a $5,000.00 fine and one to two years imprisonment for his conviction of Deceptive Business Practices, and imposed a fine of $100.
