This appeal presents the question of whether a warranty dispute between a contractor and an owner is subject to mandatory arbitration under the terms of the parties’ contract. The trial court found a duty to arbitrate under the agreement and denied appellant’s request for a temporary injunction of pending arbitration proceedings.
