This appeal involves the enforcement of a Florida judgment against a judgment debtor residing in Tennessee. The judgment debtor attempted to collaterally attack the validity of the Florida judgement after the judgment creditor commenced proceedings in the Chancery Court for Davidson County under the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act.
