This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the Gallipolis Municipal Court of Gallia County, following a bench trial, finding defendant-appellant Harold L. Porter, Jr. guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol in violation of Gallipolis City Ordinance 333.01(a)(1) and (3).
