Jamail, Inc. brought suit for restitution of $51,434.68 in erroneously-paid contributions to multiemployer trust funds managed by the Houston District Council of Carpenters Pension Plan and The Houston District Council of Carpenters Health and Welfare Trust (“Trust Funds”).
