A jury found the defendant, James Bennett, guilty of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (Count I); use of a firearm during and relation to a drug trafficking crime in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c) (Count II); and cocaine conspiracy in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (Count III).
