Plaintiffs, Errol LeBlanc, Janice LeBlanc and Barbara LeBlanc, seek a right of passage pursuant to La.C.C. art. 694 or, in the alternative, La.C.C. art. 689, to the nearest public road over property belonging to the defendants.
