Ova Fields, Jr., was arrested on December 7, 1990, and was charged with the offenses of driving under the influence of alcohol, in violation of § 32-5A-191(a)(2), Code of Alabama 1975, and driving on the wrong side of the road, in violation of § 32-5A-80(a), Code of Alabama 1975.
