Although I am most sympathetic with the views expressed by the dissenters in Rhodes v. Easkold, 588 So.2d 267 (Fla. 1st DCA 1991), and Faucher v. R.C.F. Developers, 569 So.2d 794 (Fla. 1st DCA 1990), the decisions of the court in those cases compel the result reached in Judge Zeh-mer’s foregoing opinion. ' I therefore concur.
