On April 6, 1992, the debtor filed a motion to reopen this closed chapter 7 case. The purpose stated in debtor’s motion is to avoid a default judgment entered by the United States District Court, Western District of Virginia, for an education loan debt incurred by the debtor prior to his bankruptcy filing.
