OVERVIEW

On March 8, 1990, Debtor, Willie Tyler, obtained a default judgment substantially reducing a secured claim filed by Appellant, Commonwealth Mortgage Company of America (CMC) in August 1987. In May 1991, CMC moved successfully to reopen the case.
