Mr. Skeen filed a three-count motion for declaratory judgment on June 21, 1990. The defendants (referred to collectively as “Indian Acres Club”) demurred. The court heard arguments on the demurrer and entered an order dated October 26, 1990, sustaining the demurrer as to Counts II and III and overruling the demurrer as to Count I.
