This case challenges the repudiation by the Resolution Trust Fund Corporation (“RTC”), as conservator of Franklin Savings Association (“Franklin”), of an indenture and bonds issued thereunder by Franklin. Plaintiff IBJ Schroder is the indenture trustee (the “Trustee”) for the bondholders.
