Misle Bus & Equipment Company (“MBE”), Julius Misle, and Darrell Bennett (collectively “appellants”) appeal from final judgments entered in the United States District Court1 for the District of Nebraska, upon jury verdicts, finding them each guilty of one count of conspiracy to suppress competition for the sale of school bus bodies to public school districts in Nebraska
