In light of the Supreme Court’s order remanding this cause, we directed the parties to file supplemental briefs to address the question whether reinstatement of plaintiffs’ Section 10(b) claims is now mandated under Section 27A of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, § 476 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Improvement Act of 1991.
