824 P.2d 44 (Colo.App.1991), the Colorado Court of Appeals affirmed a judgment of the Denver District Court in favor of A.B. Hirschfeld Press, Inc. (Hirschfeld) and against Weston Group, Inc. (Weston) in the sum of $49,312.46 plus interest and costs.
