Michael Clinton Briscoe was convicted of two counts of felony murder, two counts of armed robbery, and four counts of aggravated assault. The trial court sentenced Briscoe to two consecutive life imprisonments for the felony murder convictions and additional concurrent sentences on the remaining convictions which had not merged.
