This is a civil action for patent infringement, trademark infringement, unfair competition, and trademark dilution with respect to an allegedly unique lattice-shaped potato product. The defendants counterclaimed for a declaratory judgment of patent invalidity and unenforceability and for damages under the antitrust laws.
