Daniel L. Moon appealed from a district court judgment awarding his ex-spouse, Diana L. Moon, child care costs and attorney fees. We reverse.

Diana and Daniel were divorced by a decree of dissolution entered in the Superi- or Court of the State of Washington in July 1991. Residential custody of the couple’s two children was awarded to Diana.
