The above-captioned matter was commenced with the filing of a complaint on the 8th of March, 1993. In that document, plaintiff alleges that the defendants have breached a lease agreement and personal guaranty in an amount greater than that needed to invoke this court’s diversity jurisdiction, the basis for jurisdiction over plaintiffs claims.
