Plaintiff and defendant each appeal from a judgment in plaintiffs favor in a malicious prosecution case. The verdict set plaintiffs damages at $15,000. Plaintiff appeals from the trial court’s directing of a verdict on her claim for punitive damages. Defendant appeals on the sole ground that the issuance of a summons by a police officer is not the commencement of a prosecution.
