REINHARD, Judge.

Movant appeals from the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.

Movant was charged by indictment as a class X offender with burglary in the first degree, § 569.160, RSMo 1986, and stealing over $150, § 570.030, RSMo 1986. Movant pled guilty to both charges.
