LOKEN, Circuit Judge.

Domino Group, Inc. (“Domino”), appeals a district court order vacating a confirmed arbitration award, denying Domino alternative damage relief, and setting the case for trial. Although we otherwise agree with the district court’s analysis, we conclude that it erred in vacating its prior confirmation of the award.
