(Goodman) appeal the rejection of claims 1-13 of application No. 07/507,380 (the ’380 application). The Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences (Board) of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) rejected for lack of an enabling disclosure and for obviousness-type double patenting. This court affirms the Board.
