KOONTZ, J.

Emory Bruce Howard (Howard) appeals his conviction by a jury on two counts of possession of more than five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute. The trial court sentenced Howard in accordance with the jury’s verdict to ten years imprisonment on each conviction.
